This detached Shepherd's Hut can sleep two people and is in the village of Llanynys near to Ruthin in North Wales. Just the Ewe of Us is a private Shepherd's Hut in the grounds of the owner's home in the hamlet of Llanynys, just over three miles from Ruthin in North Wales. The property sleeps two people and has studio accommodation including a double bed, a kitchenette, a sitting area with a woodburning stove as well as a separate shower room. Outside is off road parking, a decked patio and an enclosed lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Set in stunning countryside in the Clwydian Hills, Just the Ewe of Us is a sensational property that will live long in the memory.

Oil-filled portable electric heater with woodburning stove. Electric ceramic 2-ring hob, microwave, fridge, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and wood for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car on shared drive. Drying hut and bike store. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture, swing seat and BBQ. Decked patio with bistro table. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Double bed is in open plan living space and accessed from one side only. Note: Access is up 5 external steps. Note: Please keep dogs on a lead due to owner's cat.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
