This cosy end-terraced cottage sleeps five in three bedrooms, and is just a few minutes' walk from the amenities of Betws-y-Coed in the Snowdonia National Park. In a unique location overlooking the quiet railway in Betws-y-Coed, this end-terraced cottage offers well-equipped, quality accommodation, with a double room, twin and a single, making this cottage a welcoming option for families or groups of friends to holiday together. The kitchen is stylish, and the sitting room has a dining area and doors to the patio. There is also a small lawned garden close to the property. There is so much going on within easy walking distance, from the shops, cafes and galleries in the village to the Tree Tops Adventure Park. The Marin Mountain Bike Trail is a few miles north of Betws-y-Coed, and the rest of Snowdonia and the surrounds offers walking, cycling and climbing for everyone.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike shed. Terraced patio with furniture overlooking railway, lawned garden (50 yards from cottage). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 min walk, pub 3 mins walk. Note: The railway runs adjacent to this cottage, with approximately 6 trains per day passing in both directions.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,The cottage was very homely and in a very good position for shops and pubs etc. It was lovely, quiet and very spacious inside, with plenty of room for my granddaughter to play. Loved the fact that there is plenty to do around the village without having to drive the car every day.
