As well as this outdoor space, there is a 20-metre path leading to another private garden with a lawned area, a patio with furniture, a chimnea and a barbecue, plus a safe water feature and a fenced-off shallow stream. Park View Cottage is a lovely base for your family holiday!

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property Feedback:The property was in an absolutely stunning condition, The owner certainly made sure there was no stone left unturned. The cottage was lovely and warm even with just the electric fire on! It was ideally located for Snowdonia National Park, and just a short drive away from Bangor, and Anglesey. There was an Indian takeaway just down the road, which we all thoroughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone as it was in excellent condition, modern, yet cosy, and was very spacious for 4 people. Hopefully we will visit again.
