This ground floor cottage is located in the village of Tivetshall St Mary near to Diss in Norfolk and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The Annexe is ground floor cottage in the grounds of the owner's home in the Norfolk village of Tivetshall St Mary. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin room and a family shower room. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen and a sitting area with a dining area. Outside the cottage is a private garden with outdoor furniture and off road parking for two cars. Set on the Boudicca Way footpath and with all of rural Norfolk to discover, The Annexe is a lovely holiday home in peaceful surroundings.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private enclosed garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:When we arrived we felt at home and the welcome was warm and friendly. The whole week was the same and I would certainly recommend this property to others and we are thinking of going back again next year. We thank our hosts for their warm hospitality and lovely clean cottage.

,This cottage is down a lovely quiet lane and is surrounded by fields which was bliss. It was beautifully kept and the garden was fantastic. The owners were lovely hosts. It was a pleasure to come back to every day.
