This semi-detached cottage is located in Saham Hills near to Watton in Norfolk and can sleep two people. The Dairy is a semi-detached cottage in the village of Saham Hills close to Watton and Swaffham in the Norfolk countryside. The cottage sleeps two people and has one double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and a woodburner. Outside is off road parking, shared use of a lawned garden and paddock with outdoor furniture, a private, enclosed patio with furniture and barbecue and shared use of a hot tub. Set in superb countryside. The Dairy is a lovely cottage, all year round.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, Blu-ray, CD/radio, PlayStation 2, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private, enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. Shared use of lawned garden and large paddock with fun dog agility tests. Shared use of hot tub (private use can be booked). Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: The owner can arrange a dog sitting service by prior arrangement. Note: This cottage is attached to the owners' home at ground floor level.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:This is a beautiful property in quiet location with added bonus of hot tub. It is reasonably accessible to most places of interest. A place to relax with a warm helpful host.

,The owner was a very welcoming host. The Dairy was a cosy comfy cottage with everything you could possibly need. The bedroom was very spacious and the bed and pillows were sooo comfortable. The garden and surroundings were delightful and the whole place was very relaxing. It was very pet friendly with a paddock to let your dogs off the lead.
