This semi-detached cottage is situated on the edge of the village of Saham Toney in Norfolk and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. The Horseshoes House is a semi-detached house located on the edge of the village of Saham Toney, close to both the towns of Attleborough and Thetford. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double and one twin bedroom set over two levels (can be king-size double on request), as well as a separate bathroom with roll-top bath. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and two sitting rooms, one of which has an open fire and one has a double sofa bed for flexibility and there is a shared, external utility room. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a patio garden with furniture. With walks, cycle routes, golf courses and plenty of attractions in the area, The Horseshoes House is an ideal Norfolk base.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
