This comfortable cottage is in the village of East Harling in East Anglia and can sleep three people in two bedrooms.  Lodge is a comfortable, all ground floor cottage in the village of East Harling in Norfolk, East Anglia. The cottage sleeps three people in two bedrooms comprising a double bedroom and a single bedroom, as well as a separate bathroom. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed front lawned garden with patio and furniture. Located in stunning countryside and central to the village, Lodge is a lovely cottage suitable for a great holiday at any time of the year.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and fuel for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed front lawned garden with patio and furniture. Free, shared use of estate facilities including hot tub, riverside picnic area and one acre lake with specimen fishing. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: There are boarding kennels on the estate and the owners request dogs to be kept on a lead when walking on the estate. Note: Children to be supervised at all times due to the River Thet running through the estate, as well as the fishing lake on-site. The river is unfenced and the lake has a low-level fence.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
