This ground floor cottage is located two miles from Cromer and can sleep six people in two bedrooms. The Mannington is a lovely ground floor cottage situated just two miles from the resort of Cromer. The cottage sleeps six people and has a king-size double bedroom, a twin room and a family bathroom. It also has an open plan living area with a kitchen and a sitting area with a double sofa bed. Outside is off road parking and a private patio with outdoor furniture, as well as access to a heated indoor swimming pool. Perfectly located for discovering the North Norfolk coastal villages, The Mannington is a superb family holiday home at any time of the year.

Underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, external shared laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own pool towels. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private patio with furniture. Shared grounds with play area and indoor heated swimming pool (with a depth of 4.5 feet), open all year. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1.8 miles. Note: Max 4 adults, total occupancy not to exceed 6 including infants. Note: 10% discount for January 2019 has been applied due to the pool being closed for refurbishment, however the owner has arranged for guests to use the pool at a local hotel

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Brilliant location - too much to do in even just a 30 minute drive! Loved having a pool on site. Needed the washing machine and tumble drier so wonderful to have such easy access to these. Peaceful location.
