This delightful, semi-detached cottage in Banff, Scotland, sleep up to five people in two bedrooms. Hazledene Cottage is a semi-detached fisherman's cottage set next to the sea in the Scottish village of Banff. With two first floor bedrooms and a sofa bed in the dining room, the property can sleep up to five people. There's also a ground floor family shower room and a first floor cloakroom, whilst on the ground floor there's also a kitchen, a dining room with open fire and a separate sitting room. Outside, there is a patio with furniture and BBQ along with ample roadside parking. Hazledene Cottage is an ideal base for a couple or small family.

Gas central heating with open fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, iPod dock, Nintendo Wii, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Ample roadside parking. Enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Sandy beach 5 mins walk. Note: Mobile reception can be limited.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
