This charming detached cottage in the village of Llanfair, near Harlech sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. Bryn Hoel is a charming, double bay fronted, detached cottage, with superb sea views, in the coastal village of Llanfair, just over a mile from the historic castle town of Harlech and can sleep eight people. This cottage has two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate WC, a ground floor shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for five cars, plus a terraced, lawn garden with patio with furniture. Bryn Hoel is a wonderful base for your self-catering holiday near Harlech.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 5 cars. Terraced lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants and beach 1.2 miles. Railway station 10 mins walk. Note: Two bedrooms have sloping ceilings. Note: Unfenced, steep drop in garden, children to be supervised. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note: The woodburning stove is decorative only.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Great location, walk to pebbly / sandy beach along a gentle sloping road or a different sandy beach via a zig zagging steep walk - both wonderful places to picnic, swim and build sandcastles
