This unusual cottage in Llanfair Clydogau near Lampeter sleeps up to six people in two bedrooms. The Old School is part of a school conversion in the village of Llanfair Clydogau near Lampeter. The cottage has a double and a twin room on the first floor, and on the ground floor is a bathroom with rain shower, and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa bed. Outside is ample off road parking, and a decked patio with furniture and a hot tub plus use of lawned areas. The Old School is ideally placed for enjoying the amenities of Lampeter, the Welsh coastline, country walks and historic castles.

Electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TVs with Sky, DVD, Blu-ray, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 3 cars. Large decked patio with furniture and hot tub plus lawned areas. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop/Post Office 1 mile, pub 3 miles. Note: Dogs to be kept under strict control while outdoors due to sheep in surrounding fields. Note: Low walls and banks form boundary so small children to be supervised.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:This property suited us down to the ground. Would recommend this property. The owners plus their family were great and the views from the garden areas were beautiful. We will be returning.

,A great property, the photos do not do it justice. The owner and her brother who lives next door were helpful and friendly people. There were plenty of places nearby to visit and plenty of walking opportunities. Had a great visit and will definitely return.
