This detached single storey cottage is located in the village of Welshpool in Powys and can sleep four in three bedrooms. Hafan is situated in Llanerfyl, Welshpool overlooking beautiful countryside views of Mid and North Wales and into Shropshire, or for enjoying the outdoor activities in the area. There are three bedrooms and can sleep four people. In the property , there is a well-equipped country style cosy and sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside brings you to a lawn garden with a patio. At the back of the cottage is a beautiful decked seating area with gas BBQ and hot tub. Hafan is ideal for a family, couple or two friends all year round.

TV with Freeview, DVD, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Ample off road, private parking. Secure bike storage. Large grounds and gardens with side lawned garden, front patio with furniture and rear decked seating area with table and chairs, gas BBQ and hot tub. Garden is enclosed by a fence. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Due to slopes in garden and open stream children are to be supervised at all times. Note: One internal step up from sitting room to bathroom. Note: One internal step up from sitting room to kitchen. Note: Private water supply which is filtered and annually checked by the local authorities. Note: Due to rural setting mobile phone signal may be limited. Note: Children must be supervised at all times when in the hot tub. Note: Separate towels for hot tub are provided by the owner.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
