This wonderful, detached farmhouse, surrounded by a working farm six miles from Llanilar, can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.  Cwmllechwedd Uchaf is a beautiful, family holiday home surrounded by a working farm and rural countryside, six miles from Llanilar in Mid Wales. The property can sleep eight people in four bedrooms, including a king-size double room with an en-suite bathroom, a double room and two twin rooms. There is a bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the ground floor, accessed down two stairs from the open plan living space, which has a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner. There is also a separate sitting room with another woodburning stove and outside, a patio with furniture and a barbecue. Across the stream, a bridge leads up a path to another seating area overlooking the brook and there is off road parking for three years.

Oil central heating with woodburning stoves. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, payphone. Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Bike storage. Front patio with BBQ. Seating to side of property and across the stream on a raised area. External games room with table football. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 6 miles. Note: Mobile signal is very intermittent. Note: Front door opens onto walled patio with a gate leading into lawned garden, which is steep in places with access to unfenced brook, children to be supervised.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
