This terraced house is in the village of Aberdovey near to Tywyn and can sleep seven people in four bedrooms. 2 Fron Heulog is a lovely terraced house situated in the village of Aberdovey just five miles from Tywyn in North Wales. The house can sleep seven people in one second floor king-size double, one double with TV, one single pull-out bed and one second floor family room, as well as a bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside there is roadside parking and a private enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. 2 Fron Heulog is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding areas.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble dryer in pull-out single bedroom. 5 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Roadside parking nearby on first come, first served basis with additional parking available in local pay and display car parks. Enclosed front patio with BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: A yard to the rear of the property is situated down a number of external stone steps and is shared with the immediate neighbour, therefore it is only to be used for access only.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
