This all ground floor cottage has two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for three cars, a private decked patio with hot tub and furniture, a private fishing peg and on-site facilities including water skiing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, golf, coarse fishing (please bring own fishing tackle), indoor heated swimming pool, gym and spa. Bittern Lodge is a wonderful base for your fun-filled holiday.

LPG central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc.in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Private decked patio with hot tub and furniture. Private fishing peg (please bring own fishing tackle). One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On-site facilities including water skiing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, golf, coarse fishing, indoor heated swimming pool, gym and spa. On-site shop and pub/restaurant 5 mins walk (access via entertainment pass, payable on-site). Note: Swimming pool and spa area use subject to purchasing the entertainment pass, plus an activity pass can be purchased for many on-site activities, and watersports, fishing, golf and launching private jet skis incur a charge payable outside of any passes. Note: All on-site facilities, including the shop and bar/restaurant are seasonal; please contact Tattershall Lakes direct for more information, dates and prices. Nearest shop and pub during seasonal closure is in Tattershall, 15 mins walk. Note: Open lakes and fenced veranda close to lake edge, children must be supervised at all times. Note: RAF base nearby - there may be some associated noise. Note: Ramp access to front.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
