This terraced cottage is located in Windermere and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Cosy Nook is a terraced cottage in the popular Lake District village of Windermere. It sleeps four people and has one double bedroom with an en-suite, a twin room and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is a small patio with outdoor furniture. Just over a mile from Lake Windermere, Cosy Nook is a superb holiday cottage, ideal for a romantic break.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Fuel for woodburning stove available to purchase locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Roadside parking for 1 car, permit provided. Small patio area with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pubs and restaurants 3 mins walk.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Cosy Nook is in very good walking distance of Windermere town centre with pubs and a selection of supermarkets of your choice! While staying at Cosy Nook, it felt like we were at a home from home!
