Two ground floor bedrooms: 1 x double with doors to patio, 1 x single. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area, leading into the conservatory which has a sofa and two tub chairs . First floor galleried sitting room with electric fire.

This cosy detached cottage is close to Lake Windermere and sleeps three people in two bedrooms. Pine Lodge is a detached cottage only a few minutes' stroll from the waters of Lake Windermere. The cottage has two ground floor bedrooms, a double and a twin, and a ground floor bathroom along with a kitchen diner on this floor too. This galleried sitting room is on the first floor. Outside is an enclosed rear patio, and off road parking for two cars. Pine Lodge is less than a mile from the amenities of Windermere, and with Bowness and Ambleside easily reached and the rest of the Lakes on the doorstep, makes for a wonderful year-round destination.

Lake Windermere 5 mins walk. Note: Due to lakeside location, children to be supervised. Note: Due to 2 steps leading from the hallway down to the open plan living area, 4 steps up to the bedrooms and bathroom and 4 external steps leading up to the entrance, this property may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:This is a beautifully appointed property with everything you could need.The private jetty was a joy for my son who swam in it quite a bit and commented on how the birds were diving on him in the lake at night, which were bats of course. It was a cold wet week for July and we needed the heating on a lot and also the dryer to dry wet clothes and towels.
