There is a sitting room with open fire, and there's also a kitchen. The garden is part of a shared area, although there is a private patio with ample opportunity for a spot of outdoor dining. For eating in, there is a dining room with a huge table to seat the full complement of 18 guests. The views from this property take in the Kentmere Valley, the Lakeland Falls and Morecambe Bay, and are truly breathtaking.

Oil, electricity & starter pack of fuel for open fires & woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 2 x cot & highchair (please bring own cot bedding). Ample off road parking. Spacious, shared grounds. Private patio, garden furniture & BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop & pub 1.5 miles. Note: No fireworks due to the proximity of animals. Note: The en-suite to one of the first floor doubles can also be accessed via the landing. Note: WiFi may be limited due to rural location.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
