The apartment can sleep four people in two bedrooms, a king-size double and a double, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The other comprises a well-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. There is roadside parking at the front of the property on a first come, first served basis and additional parking can be found in a free car park at the rear. Dodshon Place is the perfect bolt hole for exploring all that Lancaster and its surrounding area has to offer.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking at the front on a first come, first served basis, additional parking in free public car park to rear. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and city centre 5 mins walk, pub next door. Restaurant 1 min walk. Note: There's no garden at this property. Note: Property only accessed via stairs, there's no lift. Note: Sloping ceilings in kitchen and sitting room. Note: Apartment next to the River Lune, children and dogs must be supervised at all times.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
