This delightful, end-terrace cottage near Maulds Meaburn sleeps six people in three bedrooms. 3 Sycamore Barn is a charming, terraced cottage set in the hamlet of Reagill, three miles from Maulds Meaburn. There are three bedrooms across the three floors, along with a ground floor shower room, a first floor bathroom, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with French doors to the enclosed courtyard. The second floor also offers an additional sitting room with woodburner. Outside, along with the rear enclosed courtyard garden is a front balcony and off road parking for three cars. 3 Sycamore Barn is a delightful property for friends and families to enjoy Cumbria's beautiful countryside.

Note: Approx. 5 steps to access property at first floor level, with one small step at ground floor entrance. Note: The property is next to a dairy farm.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Had a lovely relaxing few days at Sycamore Barn celebrating my mum's birthday. The owner has thought of everything - a proper home from home! The barn is well equipped and there was plenty of space for all 7 of us. Great location for exploring the stunning surrounding countryside - would definitely recommend!
