This two bedroom property in the pretty village of Nateby is able to sleep up to four people. This stone-built semi-detached cottage is located in the centre of Nateby and is just one mile from the market town of Kirkby Stephen. This property provides warm, cosy accommodation with an unusual 'upside-down' layout. The accommodation is composed of the first floor sitting room and kitchen, in addition to two bedrooms – one double and one twin – and a ground-floor shower room. The cottage also boasts a garden and outdoor parking, making this a practical choice for a family holiday.

Oil central heating with electric heater in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, TV, DVD, CD player/cassette/radio, WiFi. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Travel cot & highchair available. One off road parking space, ample roadside parking to front of cottage. Small sitting out area in front of cottage. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Small shop 2 mins walk, pub 2 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:This was my third visit to this Cottage and I hope to return again. I think this speaks for itself. The Cottage has everything you need for a holiday Cottage and everything is spotlessly clean. It is situated in a delightful village with easy access to so many different areas. The owners are friendly and helpful.
