This charming cottage is able to sleep six people across three bedrooms – one double en suite and two twin rooms. In the small hamlet of Tatham on the rural outskirts of Bentham lies this stunning property - an outstanding, semi-detached stone barn conversion just eight miles from Kirkby Lonsdale. Set in the grounds of the owner's farmhouse, this pretty property has been lovingly restored to incorporate attractive period features and practical modern fixtures. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with dining area as well as a lovely lounge with wood-burning stove and French windows to the patio, ideal for outdoor eating, or relaxing in the sun.

Oil heating with underfloor heating on ground floor & woodburner in sitting room. Oil-fired Alpha range cooker, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD, WiFi, small library of books/games/DVDs. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
