This semi-detached farmhouse is located near to High Bentham on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms. Spen House is a semi-detached farmhouse near to the town of High Bentham on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The cottage sleeps ten people and has five bedrooms, four doubles (two with en-suites) and one twin along with two family bathrooms. There is also an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking and a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Set in glorious countryside, Spen House is a luxury property in a stunning part of the country.

Fuel and power inc. in rent, fuel for stove on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 6 cars. Spacious gardens and patio with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 3 miles. Note: Check in time is 4pm. Note: Livestock farms all around, please keep dogs on lead when outside.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Cottage set in a beautiful, remote location. Wonderful warm welcome from the owners who were also helpful during our stay. The cottage was immaculately clean and so well equipped. The views were wonderful.
