This stable conversion is in an elevated position near to Giggleswick on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Holly Lodge is a conversion of an old detached stable, about one mile from the village of Giggleswick close to Settle, on the western edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. With one double room, one twin and a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep four people. The rest of the accommodation is made up of an open plan living area comprising a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room. Outside the cottage are a sheltered patio area with garden furniture and a wildlife area to the side of property leading up to small wooded area, as well as off road parking for two cars. With two other cottages on site, Holly Lodge can sleep sixteen people making it suitable for large family groups who want to explore this beautiful part of the country.

Oil central heating. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, stereo/CD. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Sheltered patio area with garden furniture and wildlife area to side of property leading up to small wooded area with spruce and pine trees. Off road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
