The cottage also has a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with gas fire. Outside there is an allocated off road parking space for one car and a rear decked area with furniture. The Chimes is an ideal romantic retreat, and is perfectly placed for visits to the Lake District National Park.

Gas central heating with gas fire in sitting area. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, iPod dock, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Allocated off road parking space for 1 car. Rear decked area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Note: The cottage is accessed via steps and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility due to the steep location of the property. Please note there is a neighbour on the 2nd floor of the property and there is no vehicular access to the cottage. There is an allocated parking space approx 200 yards away. Note: There are renovation works taking place in the flat above this property, it is likely there will be associated noise.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
