Set over three floors, this end-terrace mill conversion sits beneath the Ingleton Viaduct, a short walk from the centre of the village, sleeping eight people in four bedrooms.  Perched on the riverside, Park View Mill is a fabulous, end-terrace mill conversion, situated beneath the Ingleton Viaduct and a short walk from the centre of Ingleton, a village nestled on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The cottage is set over three floors and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. On the first floor are two twin rooms and a king-size double room with an en-suite and a Juliette balcony overlooking the river. On the second floor is a double room with an en-suite and an electric fire. There is also a family bathroom on the first floor and at ground floor level, an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area leading to a balcony over the river, where you can enjoy breakfast! There is a second sitting room and outside, off road parking for two cars. With great walking trails nearby, including the Ingleton Waterfall Trail, Park View Mill is a splendid destination for a Yorkshire getaway.

Gas central heating with gas and electric fires. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars in car port plus ample off road parking. Balcony with furniture (accessed via king-size double room only). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,Lovely property in excellent location. It was so great to be able to sit outside on the terrace for breakfast and dinner and listen to the sound of the river, watch the birds. The house was very comfortable. Ingleton itself is a gorgeous village/ little town, with everything you might need. We had some great walks in the area, lots of waterfalls and beautiful meadows, and a few great drives - eg to Malham Cove and the joy of swimming outdoors in the UK in a heated pool.
