This delightful, semi-detached cottage near Grasmere in Cumbria can sleep two people in one bedroom.  Juniper Hayloft is a delightful, semi-detached cottage a short walk from the village of Grasmere in the Easedale Valley. The cottage has one double bedroom accessed via a galleried staircase and a ground floor shower room. There is an open plan living area, which features a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area and a sitting area with a picture window. Outside, there is a courtyard area and off road parking for one car. Juniper Hayloft is the perfect romantic retreat for couples wishing for a break exploring the Lake District.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine in utility, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Front courtyard. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The location of the cottage was great, close to the village and the mountains and hills. The views of the surrounding scenery were lovely. The cottage was warm and cosy and the kitchen and bathroom were very clean.
