This semi-detached cottage is in the village of Flookburgh in the Lake District and sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. Hillrise Cottage is a 17th century semi-detached cottage in the Lake District village of Flookburgh, two miles from Cartmel. This cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of two double and two twin bedrooms, as well as a bathroom and ground floor shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast bar, utility, dining room and a sitting room with gas fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for three cars and a front patio area with barbecue. Hillrise Cottage is an ideal base for families who wish to explore the Lake District National Park, the village of Cartmel and many tourist attractions close by.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lockable bike storage. Private front small patio area with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable! The location of the property was perfect for easy access to the South Lakes. A lovely spot!
