This first floor open plan annexe is located in the village of Edenhall and can sleep two people. The Annex, Eden House is a first floor open plan annexe just four miles from Penrith. The annexe sleeps two people and has an open plan studio accommodation with one king-size bed, fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area, along with a separate ground floor shower room. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a private patio with outdoor furniture. Situated in the Eden Valley, The Annex is a lovely studio retreat ideal for touring this beautiful part of the country.

Electric radiators. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage in garage. Enclosed private patio with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, bar and restaurant in hotel 3 mins walk. Note: There is limited headroom in the annexe. Note: The garage below the property belongs to the annexe and is used for bike storage only.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:It was a well presented and well planned out use of space, very clean and had all that may be needed, such as a good shower. The cottage is very comfortable.
