The cottage sleeps four people and has one king-size double bedroom, one twin and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with dining area and multi-fuel stove and a sitting room with open fire. Outside is free roadside parking, additional parking on quiet lane 50 yards away and a private, enclosed front garden with a bench and rear, enclosed, shared (with adjacent holiday let) courtyard with furniture. Situated in the Yorkshire Dales, Primrose Cottage is a lovely family cottage from which to explore this lovely part of the world.

Electric central heating with multi-fuel stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine in utility, dishwasher, Smart TV with built in DVD player, WiFi. Power inc. in rent. Fuel for fires on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Free roadside parking outside cottage. Additional parking on quiet lane 50 yards away. Bike storage. Private, enclosed front garden with bench and shared (with adjacent holiday let), enclosed, rear courtyard with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
