This detached cottage is set in the owners grounds, on the edge of the village of Great Clifton, 5 miles from Cockermouth, and sleeps up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms. White Gables is a detached cottage, situated in the owners grounds, on the outskirts of the village of Great Clifton, 5 miles from Cockermouth and 18 miles from Keswick. This cottage sleeps up to 12 people and has 6 bedrooms, consisting of two twin bedrooms, one king size double and one double with an ensuite shower room on the upper ground floor and one twin and one children's bunks with sofa's, TV and pool table on the lower ground floor, as well as a two upper ground floor family shower rooms, and a lower ground floor bathroom with roll top bath. The cottage also has an open plan living area with sitting area, fitted kitchen area and dining area. Outside, this cottage has ample off road parking and a lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. White Gables is a superb family holiday home in a beautiful area of the Lake District, perfect at any time of year.

Gas central heating with woodburner in living room. Electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD, WiFi, library of books & games. Gas & electric inc. in rent. Fuel for woodburner available to be purchased locally. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Lockable bike storage. Spacious lawned garden with furniture & BBQ. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Check in time is 4pm.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:This is a lovely property which has a great layout for 2 families to share. The children loved the playroom downstairs and the adults enjoyed the open plan kitchen and living area. The house was well equipped and the owners were very friendly. There is also a really nice pub within a 2 minute walk which does amazing food. We had a great holiday and would definitely go back.
