A semi-detached villa, set over four floors, on the outskirts of the town of Maidstone, sleeping eight people in four bedrooms.  Cromwell House South is a spacious semi-detached Edwardian villa, set over four floors, on the edge of bustling Maidstone. It sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, a king-size double with an en-suite bathroom, a double with an en-suite shower room, a further double and a twin with a pull-out stacker bed. There is also a family bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen with a breakfast area, a dining room and a sitting room. On the lower ground floor there is a games room and a study, whilst on the second floor there is a conservatory. Outside there is off road parking and front and rear enclosed lawned gardens. Maidstone is a bustling county town, with so much to do on its doorstep. From shopping to seeing a show at the theatre, this thriving town has it all, whilst the surrounding Kent countryside is great for all manner of days out. Cromwell House South is superbly situated for a family holiday to remember.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 3 mins walk. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Maximum of 8 adults. Note: This cottage is set back for A229, some road noise may be heard. Note: The open fire in the sitting room is for decorative purposes only.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
