It looks directly over the quay to the River Rother and provides unparalleled views of the boats that nestle there and the fields beyond. The accommodation is spread out over one level and the property also boasts its own Juliet balcony, from which you can enjoy a glass of wine as the sun goes down. There is parking for 1 car, but the apartment is situated within easy reach of all the local amenities.

Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD player, WiFi, selection of books/DVDs/games. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:This was our third visit to this property and it is very likely that we will return in the future. It's very conveniently situated, with an ever-changing view of the river. The property is clean and comfortable and having a private parking space is a huge bonus in Rye.
