This single-storey cottage situated one mile from the village of Hever in Kent, with one bedroom accommodating two people. The Granary is a single-storey cottage situated next to the owner's home, one mile from the Kent market town of Edenbridge and the village of Hever in the opposite direction. This cottage sleeps two people and has a bedroom with two single beds that can be put together to form a super king-size double. The cottage also has a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for one car, a patio with furniture and shared use of the owner's lawned garden. The Granary is an ideal base for a couple or two friends who wish to explore Kent, known as the Garden of England.

Oil central heating with electric thermostat. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Sky, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. driveway parking for 1 car this is approximately 30 yards from the door. Patio with furniture, plus shared use of owner's lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Waitrose store 1.2 miles (5 mins drive). Note: Due to graveled area, property may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There is a small step down into the bedroom. Note: Adults only, no children or infants allowed.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
