This cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of two doubles, one of which has an en-suite and two twins, as well as a bathroom and ground floor shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast area, a conservatory with dining area, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a snug with electric fire. Outside there's off road parking for four cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. A superb cottage with plenty to see and do in the area.

Note: Horses welcome, but outdoor grazing only available. Note: The bedrooms and first floor shower room have sloping ceilings. Note: Property accessed via a short private lane, and the gateway to the house is narrow, therefore larger vehicles may need to park in the additional parking space situated 25 yards from the front entrance. Note: Check-in 4pm.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
