Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, electric induction hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Private enclosed garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Horse livery can also be arranged on site, please contact the owner for more information. Note: No children, including infants.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,From the moment the owner met us to show us the cottage and give us the keys, to having to hand the keys back we were made to feel welcome! The overall layout, decor and position of the cottage was excellent! The views from all windows was breath taking with the added feature of the velux window which in the mornings made waking a pleasure as the view was amazing! Ideally situated for peace and quiet we couldn't have asked for more!

,Lovely cottage in a quiet location, with beautiful views. The owners were very welcoming and helpful and have put in a lot of thought as to what makes an excellent relaxing place. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place very clean. We stayed here for the Hay book festival. Would definitely recommend this cottage and looking forward to staying again.
