Set over three floors, the cottage sleeps ten people in five bedrooms which are a ground floor king-size double with an en-suite, two ground floor twin rooms and two second floor twin rooms. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the second, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove and a sun room. Outside there is an enclosed lawned garden with a patio, furniture and a BBQ and off road parking for two cars. Please note the access to the property is restricted and is not suitable for larger vehicles, but there is additional free parking in the town, which is just a few minutes walk away.Coopers Yard is a wonderful cottage, ideally located for a memorable holiday at any time of year.

Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2 mins walk. River Arrow 10 mins walk. Note: Alley access to the property is very narrow and is not suitable for larger vehicles, but there is additional free parking in the town, just a few minutes walk away (subject to availability).

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
