A shower room is also on the ground floor. The well-equipped spacious kitchen features a range cooker and American style fridge/freezer. The sitting room has a dining area and woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. St Bernard will make an excellent base for exploring this lovely area.

Note: Due to the waste unit, bleach and antibacterial products must not be used and no unacceptable products to be disposed of in the WC. Note: There is a very steep hill leading up to the lane. Note: The kitchen and sitting room on the ground floor are separated by 6 internal steps and the lower ground floor has steps between the rooms, therefore care to be taken throughout.
