This wonderful, end-terrace cottage is located in the village of Stoke-by-Clare on the Suffolk/Essex border and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Stoke Cottage is a 250 year old, end-terrace cottage in the village of Stoke-by-Clare on the Suffolk/Essex border. The cottage sleeps six people and has one king-size double bedroom, a single room with a pull-out bed, and a double sofa bed in the sitting area. There is a family bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. Also in the cottage, is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area, and a woodburning stove in the sitting area. Outside is off road parking for one car and a patio and lawned garden with furniture. Situated in a lovely part of the country, Stoke Cottage is a lovely family cottage, all year round.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car to rear, plus roadside parking. Bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Property suitable for max. 4 adults and 2 children under 10yrs (inc. infants).

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The Cottage was beautiful, cosy and warm with everything we needed and it was lovely and clean. It was in a lovely location with plenty of places to visit nearby. The deciding factor for choosing the property was that it was quite close to our family who live in a nearby village. After spending the days out with our grandchildren we were able to return to the cottage and relax in very comfortable surroundings.
