This lovely duplex apartment is in the village of Totland on the isle of Wight and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  Flat 8 is a lovely duplex apartment located in the village of Totland on the Isle of Wight. The apartment can sleep four people in two bedrooms comprising one king-size double and one zip/link twin which can be super king-size on request, as well as a second floor bathroom. The apartment also contains a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining room and a sitting room as well as a separate wc and basin. To the outside is free roadside parking for half an hour and parking available in the public car park opposite. Flat 8 is a lovely coastal property and is suitable for a traditional seaside holiday.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Stairgates. Free roadside parking for half an hour outside the apartment with parking available in public car park opposite the property. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 5 mins walk. Note: The stairs up to the second floor are steep, not suitable for the less mobile. Note: The upstairs WC is a macerator, and can therefore be noisy as the water re-fills.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
