This welcoming barn conversion is situated on the outskirts of Uffculme village in Devon and sleeps two people. High Park Barn is a barn conversion on the edge of the Devon village of Uffculme, within driving distance of Exeter. This single storey cottage sleeps two people in one double bedroom. The cottage also has a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is a rear courtyard garden with furniture. High Park Barn is an ideal romantic retreat in a lovely part of England.

Electric heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Rear courtyard garden with furniture. Use of owners' field with unfenced pond. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: There is an unfenced pond at this property.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:A fantastic location for a winter break given it was within walking distance to the village and a short drive to Tiverton. The owners were great hosts who were very friendly and willing to give any assistance if needed.
