This lovely barn conversion half a mile from Washford sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Orchard Cottage is a welcoming barn conversion with views over the countryside, half a mile from Washford. There is a double and a twin room, a wet room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is a private lawned garden plus a hot tub and verandah, and off road parking for one car. Orchard Cottage is a wonderful family base for enjoying Dunster, Minehead, the West Somerset Steam Railway and Exmoor.

Eco electric radiators. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private lawned garden at side and rear, with hot tub, wooden veranda, seating and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: The owners are members of BISHTA (British and Irish Spa and Hot Tub Association).

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,A first rate cottage allowing for peace and tranquillity. Much appreciated the work of the owner, who welcomed us and kept the excellent spa-bath operating. There was lots of space indoors and outdoors and it was ideal for our Labrador.
