The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a second floor double and a twin as well as a family bathroom. The remainder of the cottage is made up of an open plan living area with galley kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner. To the outside is roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. There is a rear decked balcony with furniture and a lower terrace. Set in a conservation area and in a great location, Topsail is a great place for a fantastic holiday at any time of the year.

Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, Krups nespresso machine, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Enclosed rear upper decked balcony with furniture with steps down to a lower terrace with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Property is set up a very steep hill. Note: Children must be supervised at all times due to decked balcony and terrace. Note: The check in time for this property is from 4pm. The check out time is by 11am. w/c 24th August is the Dartmouth International Regatta in the area

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
