The cottage has two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom, a separate WC, a kitchen, a utility, and two sitting rooms, one with a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, an external building with full-size table football and seating for four people and a private patio garden with lawn, decked areas and furniture. Gorwell House is a lovely base for your holiday in Devon.

Fuel and power inc. in rent, fuel for stove available to purchase locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Off road parking for 2 cars. External building with full-size table football and seating for 4 people. Private patio garden with lawn, decked areas and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: 4pm check in.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:A very lovely house near the little beach of Combe Martin. The sitting room in the house is very comfortable and cosy - especially on rainy days when you light a fire. The kitchen is fully equipped and typically British. We loved every day there.
