Able to sleep up to six people, this charming cottage is set in the heart of a village location in County Wexford. This fisherman's terraced cottage in the heart of Duncannon village, County Wexford, is over 100 years old and boasts a number of fascinating period features. The property itself is situated directly across the road from a golden stretch of sandy beach, making this a perfect place for anyone looking to spend their holiday on the beach. Accommodation in the property is comfortable and includes three bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area and a lounge with cosy open fire. The cottage is also well placed for local amenities such as the pubs and restaurants available in the village.

Oil central heating with open fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, stereo/CD. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair on request. Roadside parking. Enclosed courtyard to rear with picnic bench and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 50 yards. Beach 100 yards.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The location of the house was perfect, there was loads to see in the area, and everything you could need was nearby. Most important was that the house genuinely felt like a home from home. It was spotless but at the same time it was homely and relaxing. We all slept really well in the comfy beds and awoke to stunning views. We'll definitely come back. It's the best pet friendly cottage we've stayed in so far!
