The cottage sleeps seven people in three bedrooms which are made up of two double rooms, one with an en-suite shower room, and a triple bunks room which has a double below, and a single on top. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a solid fuel stove. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Pakes Cottage is the perfect base to begin your west Clare adventure.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Staying at Pakes Cottage was the best decision we made. It was even nicer than we expected and the pictures of the surrounding areas do not do it justice. I cannot put into words how lovely the Cottage and area was as you would have to experience being there to appreciate it. We were only 10 minutes drive to the Cliffs of Moher and the scenery is breath taking. We loved the cows everywhere. I would totally recommend the Cottage for anyone wanting to visit the area. It is a very spacious home and has a great floor plan! The owner was very helpful. It is very private and we felt like we were at home there which I think is the greatest compliment one can give.
