This detached cottage is located near the village of Napton-on-the-Hill and can sleep two people. Owl Cottage is a detached cottage near the village of Napton-on-the-Hill, just four miles from Southam. The cottage sleeps two people and has one ground floor double bedroom with shower room and a first floor bathroom. Also in the cottage are an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, as well as a mezzanine sitting area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with patio, furniture and hot tub. Situated in the heart of Warwickshire, Owl Cottage is a lovely romantic base from which to explore this wonderful part of the country.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Lawned gardens to side and rear with patio, furniture and hot tub. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pubs 10 mins walk. Note: There's restricted head height into the first floor bathroom. Note: Raised, brick-built fish tank in the rear garden, children must be supervised at all times.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,The privacy was awesome, and the surrounding countryside. Even the rain didn't stop us going in the fabulous hot tub. The owners had thought of everything, you could have baked a cake had you wanted to, everything you could possibly need was there. It was clean and perfect, this cottage would be hard to beat.
