This is a stunning wing of the owner's Victorian home, set in the heart of South Littleton, near Evesham, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The Lodge is a stunning wing of the owner's Victorian home, set in the heart of South Littleton, near Evesham, and can sleep four people. There is a king-size double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with electric stove and games area and a boot room. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and use of the owner's large garden with furniture, a barbecue and giant chess. The Lodge is a wonderful holiday base.

Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Sky Sports, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Use of owner's large garden with furniture, BBQ and giant chess. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 1 mile. Note: There is a water feature in the owner's garden, children to be supervised. Note: The entrance hall is shared with the owners.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,The house is lovely and the garden just beautiful. It was such a pleasure to sit on the terrace and relax watching the birds on the feeders and taking in the view. It is a great base to explore the area either in the car or just setting off walking from the front door. It was fantastic for the children as they loved the garden and there was also a playground just across the road, which you could see from the house. The couple who own the property are so welcoming and made us feel at home.

,The Lodge is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy your surroundings. The gardens are especially enjoyable to come back to after a day of sightseeing.
