This semi-detached barn conversion is situated in Hope Mansell and sleeps four in two bedrooms. Sutton Barn is situated in a peaceful location, attached to the owner's home. With two bedrooms, a mezzanine king-size double and a ground floor twin, as well as a ground floor shower room, this cottage sleeps four. There is also a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, and a private gravelled seating area overlooking lawns and an ornamental pond. Sutton Barn is great for families or friends.

Eco-friendly biomass system with woodburner in sitting room. Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview & Netflix, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared grounds with allocated gravelled seating area with garden furniture overlooking lawns and ornamental pond. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Children must be supervised near the pond. Note: The owners also have a dog which has use of the garden and communal area.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
