Sixteen Fore Street is in the town of St Just in Penwith, West Cornwall and can sleep up to four guests in two bedrooms. Sixteen Fore Street is a traditional granite cottge located just paces from the town square in St Just, Cornwall. There are two bedrooms, both rooms are spacious and both have double beds that sleep a maximum of four adults. As well as the family bathroom on the ground floor there is a cloak room with WC on the first floor. The kitchen, dining room and sitting room are all on the ground floor and the sitting room has a wood burning stove to keep cosy in the cooler months. Outside si an paved garden with table and chairs on which to enjoy a meal or just sit in the sun, parking can be found nearby in the car park, free of charge. Sixteen Fore Street makes a perfect holiday home for both families and couples who like to have amenities such as a pub and shops nearby and are near the coast and beaches.

Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, washer dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, smart TV, WiFi, books. Power and starter pack for wood burner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. One well behaved dog welcome. Parking can be found free of charge in the nearby village car park. Paved courtyard garden at the rear with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub with 100 metres. Note: Sorry, there is no DVD or music system Note: Sorry, children over 2 years old only.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
